New Invoice Status System

We’ve redesigned invoice statuses to give you clearer visibility into every stage of the billing lifecycle. Invoices now move through a structured workflow:
Pending → Posted → Sent → Paid / Voided / Forgiven
In addition, each invoice displays a secondary status for added context:
Future — Scheduled but not yet active
Active — Currently open and payable
Past Due — Payment deadline has passed
This new structure helps you optimize billing oversight, reduce confusion, and quickly identify what needs attention—without digging into individual invoices. It’s a clearer, more intuitive way to manage invoicing at scale.
Mark Units as Active or Inactive

Optimize availability management with more control over how units appear in DoorSpot. Mark units as Active to display them on your calendar, or set them to Inactive to hide them from calendar view—while keeping them accessible in your unit list for reference.
