Is there a fee to pay rent?
We accept payments via both ACH and card. ACH has a $2.50 processing fee for our free plan and $1 on all paid plans. Cards have a 3% processing fee at the time of payment.
How many properties can I manage?

The number of properties or tenants you can manage is unlimited. Our pricing model allows the system to grow with you. After your first 25 units, you begin paying on a per-unit basis.
