DoorSpot is committed to helping Corporate Housing firms get the most value and operational efficiency from their property management software. We understand that many CH providers are currently locked into contracts with other software providers, often with limited flexibility.

To support customers during this transition, DoorSpot is offering pricing relief that makes it easier to adopt DoorSpot’s more efficient features and services—without waiting for an existing contract to expire.

Competitor Contract Discount

In addition to DoorSpot’s significantly lower standard onboarding costs, DoorSpot will provide a subscription discount for customers who are still under contract with a competing property management system in 2026.

DoorSpot will discount its subscription pricing by 50% for each month in 2026 during which the customer remains under contract with a competitive property management system.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Competitor Contract Discount, the following conditions must be met:

  • The customer must provide DoorSpot with documentation verifying an active contract with a competing property management system.
  • The customer must verify the number of remaining contract months that occur during calendar year 2026.
  • The customer must not have another significant pricing discount negotiated with DoorSpot. If another discount is available, the higher of the two discounts will apply.

Discount Term

The Competitor Contract Discount will apply only through the earlier of December 2026 or the end of the contract. Beginning with the first payment in 2027, the customer’s subscription will be billed at the full price previously negotiated with DoorSpot.
