We accept payments via both ACH and card. ACH has a $1.50 processing fee and cards have a 3% processing fee at the time of payment.

The number of properties or tenants you can manage is unlimited. Our pricing model allows the system to grow with you. After your first 25 units, you begin paying on a per-unit basis.

Our simple setup process means you can be up and running in minutes. If you already have a property management solution or are even using Excel, our onboarding team will assist you in importing all of your existing data at no additional cost.
